However, it seems players are finally getting some details about what the map editor might look like.

Recently, several images leaked online, giving fans a sneak peek of what to possibly expect from the upcoming Forge mode for Halo Infinite. Shared by a Twitter account known as InfiniteLeaks, the images showed many tools and command options for the feature. For example, the first screenshot gave players a look at the Object Browser that included various sub-menus, such as those for Biomes, Structures, FX, Lights, and more. In addition, the other image revealed a number of keyboard commands for things like camera controls, saving, and accessing various menus.
This new leak is doubtlessly exciting for fans of Forge mode to see, as it gives hope that it is eventually coming to Halo Infinite. Whenever the feature arrives, it will open the door to loads more content for players to try out. With Forge in the hands of community members, map creation and editing will no longer be constrained to only those working for 343 Industries. As previous versions of Forge for past Halo games have evidenced, it seems there are no limits to the creative options with this toolset. From designing new game types to recreating classic maps, the possibilities are endless and exciting for players.
However, this is just one of the features that Halo Infinite fans are still wanting to be added to the game. Besides Forge mode, players are continuing to wait for more news on campaign co-op.
