Among these side objectives are High-Value Targets. These enemies are scattered across Zeta Halo, each with their own history and run-ins with the UNSC. Upon defeating each High-Value Target, players will gain access to their unique weapon and earn a handful of Valor that can be used to requisition weapons and vehicles at FOB stations. Taking them out will also put an end to their devastating actions against the UNSC.
15 Balkarus
Balkarus is a ruthless Banished Brute soldier who is known for his savagery in combat. He has been known to kill his own subordinates if they show any hesitancy. Balkarus has served under Atriox for a long period of time and even worked directly at Atriox’s command.
Balkarus can be found north of the Forge of Teash, and once defeated will give players access to the Riven Mangler. The Riven Mangler will shoot three projectiles instead of one, making it devastating if used accurately.
14 En ‘Geddon
En ‘Geddon is renowned for his effectiveness in battle and was instrumental in the early days of the Banished. He played a role in recruiting fellow Jiralhanae to the Banished after parting ways with the Covenant. His crew, the Bulwark of Bone, were responsible for the destruction of many human colonies and joined the Banished as valuable assets.
En ‘Geddon wields the Rushdown Hammer, which gives the user increased speed and jump height. En ‘Geddon can be found to the west of FOB Hotel on Zeta Halo’s 4th Island. Taking him on from range is a good idea due to his powerful melee weapon.
13 Barroth
Barroth is one of the deadliest snipers the UNSC has encountered. He is responsible for hundreds of UNSC deaths alone, and is commended by fellow Banished for his accuracy. As a member of the Banished’s Bloodstar rank, Barroth was being trained to become a Spartan killer.

Barroth uses the Stalker Rifle Ultra, a variant of the Stalker Rifle that has a higher ammo capacity and is less likely to overheat during use. Barroth can be found to the southeast of Riven Gate and should be approached with caution, as his ability to snipe players from a distance can make the fight difficult.
12 Ik ‘Novus
The Banished Brute Chieftan Ik ‘Novus is one of the UNSC’s most brutal enemies on record. He has been known to eat the freshly removed limbs of his enemies as they watch in horror and pain, earning him the nickname “Ik ‘Novus the Devourer.”
Ik ‘Novus uses the Volatile Skewer, which adds explosive damage to the already devastating projectiles of the standard Skewer. One of the best weapons in the game, the Volatile Skewer can be used to great effect against enemy vehicles. Ik ‘Novus can be found to the west of FOB Echo shortly after accessing Island 2.
11 Briglard
Briglard is a Grunt Banished soldier and is known to kill his enemies in cruel and horrific ways in battle. The UNSC note that Briglard kills enemies at a much higher rate than others of his kind, and takes inspiration from the aggressiveness of the Jiralhanae (Brutes) that he serves with.
Briglard can be found in the northern area of Island 1, near the bridge that connects it to Island 2. Briglard will have the Unbound Plasma Pistol, which shoots multiple projectiles when fully charged as opposed to the standard Plasma Pistol’s single charged shot.
10 Arthoc
Arthoc has a long history and rap sheet with the UNSC. Arthoc has directly been behind attacks that led to the destruction of three separate ODST squads and has given his allegiance to Atriox and the Banished, posing a serious threat to the UNSC on Zeta Halo.

Arthoc is found due west of FOB November and uses the Ravager Rebound, which bounces projectiles off of surfaces when fired at enemies. Arthoc and his crew are found in a clearing, making them easy to pick off from a distance.
9 Bipbap
Bipbap is one of the deadliest Unggoys on UNSC record, with his actions almost directly resulting in the deaths of 830 humans in a single colony. Bipbap has been a hired gun for much of his career, causing devastating damage in his wake. He has joined the Banished after a long and noted career both in the Covenant and on his homeworld of Balaho.
Bipbap uses the Calcine Disruptor, which does slightly increased damage to enemies compared to the standard Disruptor weapon. Bipbap can be found directly to the north of the Excavation Site on Island 2. He shouldn’t pose any serious problems for Master Chief, as he is surrounded largely by other Unggoy.
8 Zeretus
Zeretus is one of the longest-standing members of the Banished, joining the faction shortly after Atriox’s departure from the faction. Zeretus has been instrumental in the Banished’s progression and is known to lead exploration parties, destroying anything in their path in search of Forerunner relics.
Zeretus wields the M41 Tracker, a variant of the M41 SPNKR that has tracking capabilities and deals devastating damage to enemy vehicles. Zeretus can be found northwest of FOB November on Island 4.
7 Writh Kul
Writh Kul is hailed for her skill in strategic battle. She has taken down 185 UNSC ships under her command and was one of the Covenant’s most valuable members, with Atriox welcoming her into the Banished with open arms.

Defeating Writh Kul gives players access to the Pinpoint Needler. This weapon variant can lock on to multiple targets at once and has much more effective tracking abilities. Writh Kul can be found on the lone mountainous island to the south of Island 4.
6 Okro ‘Vagaduun
Okro ‘Vagaduun is hailed as one of the best fighters in the Banished. Defying odds many times, with a long list of successful missions for the Covenant, Okro ‘Vagaduun was one of the few individuals approached by Atriox personally with an offer to join the Banished. His skill has made him a valuable tool for the Banished on Zeta Halo.
Okro ‘Vagaduun wields a unique weapon known as the Duelist Energy Sword. This weapon gives its user increased jump height and speed. ‘Vagaduun is one of the first High-Value Targets players will encounter on their journey, and can be found on the southwest coast of Island 1.
5 Skimmer Alpha
Skimmer Alpha is a highly dangerous Skimmer. Not much is known about the Skimmer species, other than the fact that they pose a threat to UNSC forces. Often traveling in packs, Skimmer Alpha will be aided in battle by other Skimmers.
Skimmer Alpha can be found in a cave just north of FOB Juliet. This target’s weapon of choice is the Purging Shock Rifle. This weapon will do stun damages to targets, increasing its usefulness against shielded enemies.
4 Thav ‘Sebarim
Thav’ Sebarim was a high-ranking leader in the Covenant and played a pivotal role in the battle on Reach. Thav ‘Sebarim joined the Banished after the Prophet’s betrayal of the Elites and his homeworld’s civil war. He is hailed for his raids and actions in battle, which resulted in the deaths of 700,000 human civilians in the city of Adruvon.

Thav ‘Sebarim uses the Arcane Sentinel Beam, which does slightly more damage than its standard counterpart. Thav can be found to the south of FOB Bravo and will be found riding in a vehicle, making him an easy target for players with power weapons.
3 Myriad
Myriad is a powerful Hunter pair that are responsible for the elimination of two S-IV fireteams and has alarmingly raised red flags for the UNSC due to their seeming independence in their actions. Most other Hunters act in accordance to a hivemind, while Myriad and a few others appear to have more individual control.
Myriad will give players access to the Backdraft Cindershot once defeated, which will bounce projectiles off of surfaces when fired at enemies and also has tracking capabilities. Myriad can be found just south of FOB Juliet and should be approached with caution. Attacking from a distance or with heavy weapons is a good idea when facing this high-value target.
2 Inka ‘Saham
Inka ‘Saham was inducted into the Banished Bloodstar ranks, training to become Spartan killers. His actions during the Covenant-Human conflicts garnered notoriety, as he was responsible for the ransacking of many human supply routes. A failed attempt to assassinate ‘Saham resulted in the capture and torture of a Spartan-IV.
Inka ‘Saham will be using the Rapidfire Pulse Carbine, which shoots at a faster rate than its normal counterparts. Players can find Inka to the far north of Island 2. There are no fast-travel points close, with the nearest being Outpost Tremonius, so players will have to travel a bit to make it to this target.
1 Ordo ‘Mal
Ordo ‘Mal is a well-accomplished Wraith driver and was hailed in the Covenant for his skill behind the controls, as he is responsible for the deaths of over 700 UNSC personnel. Ordo was directly approached by Atriox to ask for his membership to the Banished, to which Ordo accepted.
Ordo ‘Mal will give access to the Scatterbound Heatwave when killed, which will bounce off of surfaces and even has tracking capabilities. Ordo can be found north of FOB Hotel and will be driving a Wraith, which players can exploit by bringing heavy weapons into battle for a quick takedown.
Halo Infinite was released on December 8th, 2021, and is available for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
